Household soaps

These are hard sodium soaps, without any filling agents. They are produced in pieces with a nominal weight 150 – 600 g, in the shape of a cuboid. These soaps should have a firm consistency, but not brittle, no cracks. The natural smell of the soap depends on the fatty raw materials used, but it cannot be annoying, i.e.. the smell of rancid fat is excluded, cod liver oil or kerosene. The soaps should be white to light cream in color, no stains caused by rancidity and mechanical impurities. The durability of household soaps should be 12 months from the date of production.

Household soap is a soap intended primarily for washing. It is suitable for washing linen and cotton fabrics. Good washing results can be obtained by cooking linen with the addition of household soap. It is advisable to use soft or soft water. An example of a household soap is domestic laundry soap ,,White Deer", "Firm" or "Universal" soap.

Half-toilet soaps

These soaps are made from basic sodium soaps. Half-toilet soaps contain a fragrance and a dye, they may also contain preservatives and plasticizers. The shape of the soap can be any, conforms to an approved pattern. The durability of the soap should be 250 days from the production date.

Half-toilet soap is a simple cleaning agent, because it does not contain many enriching additives, which characterize toilet soaps. Currently, this category is of little importance in view of the variety of toilet soaps with different properties, offered on the market.
